Bright9 has worked on a number of projects for Arbor Publishing Corp. in San
Diego. We recently completed the first stage of Medlink, a comprehensive on-line
resource for physicians. The site has over 40,000 pages of text, 20,000 medical
abstracts, and 700 pictures, diagrams, and videos. Medlink features extensively
cross-referenced topics, sophisticated searching, physician led Grand Rounds
discussions, message boards, and dynamically updated medical news. This is the
first of 20 medical subspecialties that Bright9 will be developing for Arbor
Publishing as part of the Medlink site. </font></p>

<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Bright9 and Stanford
University School of Education (SUSE) have teamed up to create an online research
training resource for the doctoral students in the education department. The
goal is to provide students with a range of resources to help them with their
research skills as well as more general issues like finding funding sources,
networking with other students and professionals, and evaluating products related
to their work.</font></p>
